    Getting There

    Walking

    Start at the Lambertville Visitor Center located at 10 Alexander Ave. Head south on Alexander Ave towards Lambert Lane. Turn left onto Lambert Lane and continue until you reach the intersection with Bridge St. Turn right onto Bridge St and walk towards the center of town. Keep walking straight until you reach the intersection with Main St, then turn left. Continue on Main St until you see the Lambertville-New Hope Bridge. Cross the bridge into New Hope, Pennsylvania. Once across, walk straight on S Main St, which will turn into S River Rd. Follow this road until you reach the intersection with River Rd. Here, you can catch the bus or continue walking south along the river until you reach the terminus of the road where you can find local transportation options.

    Public Transportation

    From the Lambertville Visitor Center, walk to the nearest bus stop on Bridge St. Take the New Jersey Transit bus 63 towards Trenton. Get off at the Trenton Train Station. From there, transfer to the SEPTA train towards Philadelphia and get off at the Wayne Junction Station. Then, board the train on the Chestnut Hill East Line. Get off at the last stop, which is the Chestnut Hill Station. From there, you can either walk to Fairmount Park or take a local bus that stops near the park.
