    From Lambertville's city center, head south on N Main St towards Bridge St. Continue straight until you reach the Lambertville - New Hope Bridge. Cross the bridge into New Hope, Pennsylvania. Once you arrive in New Hope, take a left onto S Main St and walk until you reach the intersection with Pennsylvania Ave. Continue straight onto S Main St until you reach the New Hope & Ivyland Railroad station. From here, catch the train to the Philadelphia station. Once in Philadelphia, exit the train station and walk east towards 3rd St. Follow 3rd St south until you arrive at 244 S 3rd St where the Powel House is located.

    From Lambertville, walk to the nearest NJ Transit bus stop. Take the bus towards Trenton, and transfer at the Trenton station to take a train on the NJ Transit River Line towards Camden. Get off at the 69th St station and transfer to the PATCO Speedline towards 15th St. City Hall. Once you arrive at the 15th St. station, walk east towards 3rd St. Head south on 3rd St until you reach the Powel House at 244 S 3rd St.

    Rent a bike in Lambertville and ride south on N Main St towards the Lambertville - New Hope Bridge. Cross the bridge into New Hope, and continue south on S Main St until you reach the intersection with Pennsylvania Ave. Take a right onto Pennsylvania Ave and follow it as it turns into S Main St again. Continue on S Main St, then take a left onto Bridge St and then a right onto 3rd St when you enter Philadelphia. Continue straight until you reach 244 S 3rd St where the Powel House is located.
