    From downtown Trenton, head to the Trenton Train Station. Take the NJ Transit Bus #609 towards Philadelphia. The bus will take you directly to Philadelphia. Once you arrive in Philadelphia, get off at the 8th Street and Market Street stop. From there, walk east on Market Street for about 2 blocks until you reach 3rd Street. Turn right onto 3rd Street and walk south for 2 blocks. The Powel House will be on your left at 244 S 3rd St.

  • Train

    Start at the Trenton Train Station and take a NJ Transit train towards Philadelphia. The train ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the Philadelphia’s 30th Street Station. From there, you can take the SEPTA Market-Frankford Line (blue line) towards Frankford. Get off at the 8th Street station. From the station, walk east on Market Street for about 2 blocks, then turn right on 3rd Street and walk south for 2 blocks. The Powel House will be on your left at 244 S 3rd St.

  • Walking

    If you are already in the vicinity of downtown Trenton, you can walk to the Trenton Train Station. From the station, take the NJ Transit train to Philadelphia. Once you arrive at the 30th Street Station in Philadelphia, walk to the nearby 69th Street Terminal to catch the Market-Frankford Line (blue line) towards Frankford. Get off at the 8th Street station. Walk east on Market Street for about 2 blocks, then turn right on 3rd Street and proceed south for 2 blocks to reach the Powel House at 244 S 3rd St.
