    Walking

    Start at the Lambertville City Hall located at 18 N Main St. Head south on N Main St toward Bridge St. Turn left onto Bridge St and cross the Delaware River via the historic bridge. Once across, you will be in New Hope, PA. Continue straight onto New St. Delaware Canal State Park will be on your left at 39 New St, New Hope, PA 18938. It’s about a 15-20 minute walk depending on your pace.

    Biking

    If you have a bike, start at Lambertville City Hall at 18 N Main St. Ride south on N Main St, then turn left onto Bridge St and cross the bridge into New Hope. Once in New Hope, continue straight onto New St. The park entrance will be on your left at 39 New St. The bike ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes.

    Public Transportation

    From Lambertville, walk to the nearest bus stop at 50 N Main St. Take the NJ Transit Bus 629 towards New Hope. Get off at the New Hope stop near the intersection of Bridge St and Main St. Walk down New St, and Delaware Canal State Park will be on your left at 39 New St, New Hope, PA 18938. The total travel time, including waiting for the bus, will be about 30-40 minutes.
