Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving from North Jersey, take the Garden State Parkway (GSP) southbound. After approximately 60 miles, take exit 83 for Route 37 East toward Toms River. Continue on Route 37 for about 3 miles, then turn left onto Cattus Island Blvd. Follow Cattus Island Blvd for about 1 mile, and you will find Cattus Island County Park on your right at 1170 Cattus Island Blvd, Toms River, NJ 08753. Note that parking is free.

• Public Transportation

  To reach Cattus Island County Park using public transportation, take NJ Transit train service to the Toms River station. From Toms River, you will need to take a taxi or rideshare service to reach the park, as public transit options may not be available directly. The driving distance from the station to the park is about 4 miles, which will typically cost around $10-$15 for a taxi.
