Car
If you're driving to The Proprietary House at 149 Kearny Ave, Perth Amboy, NJ 08861, you can take the Garden State Parkway (GSP). From the north, take exit 130 for US-9 S toward Woodbridge. Merge onto US-9 S and continue for approximately 7 miles. Take the exit for NJ-440 S toward Perth Amboy. Follow NJ-440 S, then take the exit for Perth Amboy. Continue on NJ-35 S and then turn left onto Kearny Ave. The Proprietary House will be on your right. Parking is available on the street, but be sure to check for any parking regulations and possible fees.

To reach The Proprietary House using public transportation, you can take NJ Transit. If you're starting from New York City, board a North Jersey Coast Line train from Penn Station to Perth Amboy Station. The ride takes approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at Perth Amboy Station, exit the station and walk to Smith Street. Take a left on Smith Street and continue until you reach Kearny Ave. Turn right on Kearny Ave, and you will see The Proprietary House just a few blocks down on your left. Be sure to check the NJ Transit schedule as train frequencies may vary.
