    Getting There

    Bus

    From Paterson, head to the nearest bus station, which is at 50 Broadway. Take NJ Transit Bus # 165 or # 83 towards New York City. Once on the bus, stay on for about 30-40 minutes until you arrive at the Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan. After you disembark at the terminal, walk to 8th Avenue and catch the C subway train at the 42nd Street station, heading downtown. Transfer to the A or C train at 59th Street - Columbus Circle station, and then take the A train to the 59th Street - Columbus Circle station, where you can exit and walk to Central Park West.

    Train

    From Paterson, make your way to the Paterson train station located at 20 Broadway. Board a NJ Transit train on the Main Line towards Hoboken. After about 35 minutes, you will arrive at Hoboken Terminal. From there, catch the PATH train to 33rd Street, which will take you to Manhattan. Once in Manhattan, transfer to the subway and take the A train downtown from 33rd Street to 59th Street - Columbus Circle. Exit at this station and walk west to Central Park West to reach the Delacorte Theater.

    Walking + Subway

    If you prefer to walk, you can head to the nearest subway station in Paterson, which is the 17th Street station on the NJ Transit line. Take a train towards New York and get off at the Secaucus Junction. Transfer to the train that goes to New York Penn Station. From Penn Station, walk to 34th Street-Penn Station subway station and take the A or C train uptown to 59th Street - Columbus Circle. Once you arrive at Columbus Circle, walk west towards Central Park West to find the Delacorte Theater.
