From downtown Paterson, walk to the nearest NJ Transit bus stop, located on Main Street. Take the #75 bus towards New York City. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan. From there, you can either walk to Fotografiska NYC at 281 Park Ave S, which is about a 20-minute walk, or take the subway.
Train
Head to the Paterson train station, located at 3 Market Street. Board a NJ Transit train on the North Jersey Coast Line towards New York Penn Station. The ride will take around 30 minutes. Upon arrival at Penn Station, transfer to the subway and take the 1, 2, or 3 line downtown to 34th Street-Penn Station. From there, walk east towards Park Avenue and head north to 281 Park Ave S, which is about a 15-minute walk.
Walking
If you are already in the vicinity of downtown Paterson, you can explore local attractions before heading to Fotografiska NYC. Walk to Main Street and head east towards the Passaic River. From there, continue on Market Street until you reach the train station. Follow the guidance for train or bus to reach New York City, as walking directly to Fotografiska NYC from Paterson is not practical due to the distance.
