To get to The FRIENDS Experience: The One in New York City, start by locating the nearest subway station. If you are near Times Square, take the 1, 2, or 3 train from Times Square-42nd Street Station. Head downtown towards 14th Street. At 14th Street, transfer to the L train going towards Canarsie-Rockaway Parkway. Get off at the 3rd stop, 1st Avenue Station. After exiting the station, walk east along 23rd Street for about 6 minutes until you reach 130 E 23rd St, which is on your left.

If you prefer a bus, find a bus stop near you that services the M23 or M15. If taking the M23, board the bus heading towards the east side of Manhattan. Get off at the stop at 1st Avenue and 23rd Street. From there, walk one block west along 23rd Street to reach 130 E 23rd St. If you take the M15, get off at the same stop and walk west to your destination.

If you are already in the Flatiron District or near Madison Square Park, you can walk to The FRIENDS Experience. Head east on 23rd Street from Madison Square Park. Continue walking for about 10 minutes. You will pass several shops and eateries. Look for 130 E 23rd St on your left side.
