Bus
From the Paterson Intermodal Transportation Center, take NJ Transit bus #190 towards New York Port Authority. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the stop at 42nd Street and 8th Avenue in Manhattan. From there, walk to the nearest subway station at 42nd Street - Times Square and take the A or C train downtown to Chambers Street. Once you exit the subway at Chambers Street, walk east for about 5 minutes to reach 21 Dey St, where Mercer Labs is located.
Train
From the Paterson Train Station, board a NJ Transit train on the Main Line heading towards Hoboken. Alight at Secaucus Junction. Transfer to a train heading to New York Penn Station. Once you arrive at Penn Station, exit and walk to the 34th Street subway station. Take the A or C train downtown to Chambers Street. After getting off at Chambers Street, walk east for about 5 minutes to 21 Dey St, where Mercer Labs is situated.
Walking
If you're already in Paterson and wish to walk, you can start at the Paterson Great Falls National Historical Park. From there, head east on McBride Ave, then turn left on Market St. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Broadway. Turn right to stay on Broadway, and then continue until you reach the Paterson Intermodal Transportation Center. From there, take a bus as described above. Alternatively, walking directly from the Great Falls to the bus station will take approximately 30-40 minutes.
