Bus
From Paterson, head to the nearest NJ Transit bus stop. You can catch the NJ Transit bus #70 towards Newark. The bus stop closest to you may vary, but popular stops include the Paterson Bus Terminal on Broadway. Once on the bus, stay on for about 30 minutes. Get off at the Broad Street stop in Newark. From there, walk east on Broad Street for about 5 minutes; Newark Symphony Hall will be on your left at 1020 Broad St.

Train
Make your way to the Paterson train station, located on Broadway. Board a NJ Transit train on the North Jersey Coast Line towards Hoboken. After about a 20-minute ride, transfer at Secaucus Junction to the NJ Transit train towards Newark Penn Station. Once you reach Newark Penn Station, exit and walk towards Market Street. Turn left onto Market Street and then right onto Broad Street. Walk about 10 minutes; Newark Symphony Hall will be on your right at 1020 Broad St.
