Remain on the bus for approximately 45 minutes until you reach the Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan. From there, walk to the subway station and take the F train towards Jamaica - 179th St. Get off at the Roosevelt Island station. Follow the signs to the Roosevelt Island Tramway for a scenic ride to the island.
Train
Make your way to the Paterson Train Station located at 1 Market St. Purchase a ticket for a train heading to New York Penn Station. After arriving at Penn Station, exit and walk to the nearby 34th St-Herald Sq subway station. Take the F train towards Jamaica - 179th St. Get off at the Roosevelt Island station, then follow the signs to the Roosevelt Island Tramway for beautiful views as you reach your destination.
Bicycle
