    Getting There

    Bus

    From Paterson, head to the Paterson Bus Terminal located at 100 Broadway. Take the NJ Transit bus #190 towards New York Port Authority. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you reach the Port Authority Bus Terminal, exit the terminal and head towards 8th Avenue. Walk south on 8th Avenue until you reach West 34th Street. Turn left on West 34th Street and walk to Broadway. Take the subway by entering the 34th Street-Herald Square Station and catch the F train towards Jamaica-179th Street. Get off at the 2nd Avenue Station. Once you exit the station, walk east on 2nd Avenue for two blocks, then turn left on Norfolk Street. The Back Room will be on your right at 102 Norfolk St.

    Train

    Start at the Paterson Train Station located at 1 Market St. Board a NJ Transit train on the North Jersey Coast Line heading towards New York Penn Station. The train journey will take about 40 minutes. Upon arrival at Penn Station, follow the signs to the subway and take the R or W train towards Astoria-Ditmars Blvd. Get off at the 2nd Avenue Station. Once you exit the station, walk east on 2nd Avenue for two blocks, then turn left on Norfolk Street. The Back Room will be on your right at 102 Norfolk St.

    If you are in central Paterson, walk to the Paterson Great Falls National Historical Park located at 72 McBride Ave. From there, head east on McBride Avenue, and then turn left onto Main Street. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Market Street. Cross Market Street and continue straight onto Broadway. After about 15 minutes, you will reach the Paterson Bus Terminal at 100 Broadway. From here, follow the bus instructions above to get to The Back Room.
