The bus will take you directly to Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan. Once you arrive at Port Authority, exit the terminal and walk to 42nd Street. From there, head east towards 2nd Avenue and turn right. Continue walking until you reach 45th Street. The United Nations Headquarters will be on your left at 405 E 45th St.
