Public Transit
To reach the Parachute Jump located at Riegelmann Boardwalk, Coney Island, Brooklyn, NY 11224 from Paterson, NJ, start by walking to the Paterson Train Station at 1 Market Street. From there, take the NJ Transit train on the Main Line towards Hoboken. Get off at Secaucus Junction. At Secaucus Junction, transfer to the NJ Transit train on the North Jersey Coast Line heading towards Bay Head. Get off at the Long Branch station, and then transfer to the NJ Transit train on the Atlantic City Line towards New York Penn Station. Get off at New York Penn Station. Once you arrive at New York Penn Station, follow the signs to the subway. Take the A train (the blue line) towards Far Rockaway or Rockaway Park. After 8 stops, get off at the 42nd Street - Port Authority Bus Terminal station. From here, transfer to the D train (the orange line) towards Coney Island-Stillwell Avenue. After 10 stops, get off at the Coney Island-Stillwell Avenue station. Once you exit the subway station, walk towards the beach, and you will see the Riegelmann Boardwalk directly in front of you where the Parachute Jump is located.
Bus
To travel to the Parachute Jump at Riegelmann Boardwalk from Paterson, NJ by bus, first, walk to the Paterson Bus Terminal located at 100 Broadway. From the terminal, take the NJ Transit bus #703 towards New York Port Authority Bus Terminal. After approximately 30-40 minutes, you will arrive at the Port Authority Bus Terminal in New York City. From there, follow the signs to the subway and take the D train (the orange line) towards Coney Island-Stillwell Avenue. After 10 stops on the D train, get off at Coney Island-Stillwell Avenue station. Upon exiting the station, walk towards the beach and you will find the Riegelmann Boardwalk where the Parachute Jump is situated.
