Bus
From Paterson, take NJ Transit Bus 190 towards New York Port Authority. Board the bus at the Paterson Bus Terminal located at 126 Broadway. The bus will take you directly to New York's Port Authority Bus Terminal. Once you arrive, exit the terminal and walk to 8th Avenue. From there, you can either take a subway or walk to Park Avenue.

Head to the Paterson Train Station located at 1 Market Street. Take a NJ Transit train on the North Jersey Coast Line or the Main Line towards New York Penn Station. Once you arrive at Penn Station in New York City, exit the station and head east on 34th Street towards 6th Avenue. Turn left onto 6th Avenue and walk up to 42nd Street, then turn right onto Park Avenue. The Seagram Building will be on your left at 375 Park Ave.

Walking from the Bus Terminal
If you find yourself near the Paterson Bus Terminal, you can walk to the Seagram Building. Head west on Broadway until you reach the intersection with Market Street, then turn left. Continue on Market Street until you reach the intersection with 1st Street. Turn right on 1st Street, which leads you directly to the Passaic River. Follow the river until you reach the pedestrian bridge that leads into New York City. Once across the bridge, follow the signs to Park Avenue.
