Getting There

• Bus

  From the Paterson Bus Terminal located at 100 Broadway, take NJ Transit Bus #190 towards New York Port Authority. The bus stops frequently along the route. Remain on the bus for approximately 30-35 minutes. As you approach New York City, look for the Port Authority Bus Terminal on 8th Avenue and 42nd Street in Manhattan. Once you arrive at the Port Authority, exit the terminal and walk east on 42nd Street for about 5 blocks until you reach 6th Avenue. Turn left (north) on 6th Avenue and continue walking for another 6 blocks until you reach 570 Lexington Avenue, where the General Electric Building is located.

• Train

  From the Paterson Train Station located at 1 Market Street, board a NJ Transit train on the Main/Bergen County Line towards Hoboken. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes, and you will need to transfer at Secaucus Junction. At Secaucus, transfer to a train on the North East Corridor Line heading to New York Penn Station. Once you arrive at Penn Station, exit the station and head towards 34th Street. Walk east on 34th Street until you reach 6th Avenue, then turn left and walk north for 6 blocks. Finally, turn right on 42nd Street and continue walking east until you reach 570 Lexington Avenue.

• Walking

  If you are already in downtown Paterson and prefer to walk, head east on Market Street towards the Passaic River. Cross the river using the Bridge Street Bridge and continue on Main Street. Walk north on Main Street until you reach the intersection with Broadway. Turn left on Broadway and continue walking until you reach the Paterson Bus Terminal. From there, follow the bus guidance described above to reach the General Electric Building.
