From Red Bank, head to the Red Bank train station located at 176 Monmouth St. Purchase a ticket to New York Penn Station on the NJ Transit train. The journey takes about 40 minutes. Upon arrival at New York Penn Station, follow the signs to the 8th Avenue exit.

After exiting Penn Station, walk towards 8th Avenue. Turn right and head south on 8th Avenue until you reach West 42nd Street. Turn left on West 42nd Street, and walk two blocks. Madame Tussauds will be on your left at 234 W 42nd St.

From Red Bank, take the NJ Transit bus #834 from the Red Bank bus terminal to the Port Authority Bus Terminal in New York City. This bus ride takes about 50 minutes. Once you arrive at the Port Authority, exit the terminal and walk east towards 8th Avenue. Turn right on 8th Avenue and continue until you reach West 42nd Street. Turn left on West 42nd Street, and Madame Tussauds will be on your left at 234 W 42nd St.
