Walking
If you are in the center of Red Bank, start by heading northeast on Broad Street towards West Front Street. Continue straight for about 0.4 miles until you reach the Red Bank train station. From there, you can take a NJ Transit train to New York Penn Station. Once you arrive at Penn Station, exit and head towards 8th Avenue. From there, you can take the subway Line A, C, or E to 42nd Street and transfer to the Line 1, 2, or 3 to get to St. Marks Place.
Biking
If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike from one of the local rental services in Red Bank. Start your journey by biking along the waterfront on the Navesink River. Head towards the train station and take the bike path that leads to the train station. From there, take a NJ Transit train to New York Penn Station. After arriving at Penn Station, bike east towards 34th Street, then head south until you reach St. Marks Place.
Public Transportation
From anywhere in Red Bank, locate the nearest bus stop to catch a NJ Transit bus heading towards New York City. Buses typically run every 30 minutes. Once you board the bus, stay on until you reach the Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan. From the terminal, you can either walk or take the subway to St. Marks Place. If walking, head east on 42nd Street, then south on 8th Avenue until you reach St. Marks Place.
