Once at Penn Station, follow the signs to the 34th Street exit. From there, you can take the subway: catch the Q train from 34th Street-Herald Square station, heading towards Coney Island. Ride for 8 stops and get off at 57th Street-7th Avenue station. Finally, walk northeast on 7th Avenue for about 0.4 miles until you arrive at Strawberry Fields located in Central Park.

    Start at the Red Bank train station. Take the NJ Transit bus number 834 towards New York Port Authority. The bus ride will take approximately 1 hour and drops you off at Port Authority Bus Terminal. Once you arrive at Port Authority, walk to 8th Avenue and take the subway: Board the A or C train at 42nd Street-Port Authority Bus Terminal station towards Uptown. Get off at 59th Street-Columbus Circle station. From there, walk northeast for about 0.5 miles to reach Strawberry Fields in Central Park.
