    Getting There

    Walking

    From the iconic Count Basie Theatre at 99 Monmouth St, Red Bank, head north on Monmouth St towards W Front St. After 0.1 miles, turn right onto W Front St and continue walking until you reach the Red Bank Train Station, which will be on your left. Take a NJ Transit train toward New York Penn Station. Once you arrive at Penn Station, exit the station and walk to 34th St, then catch the L train towards Brooklyn. Get off at 14th St-Union Square station. Once you exit the station, you will be at Union Square.

    Train

    Start at the Red Bank Train Station. Purchase a ticket for a NJ Transit train heading to New York Penn Station. The journey takes about 45 minutes. After arriving at Penn Station in Manhattan, follow the signs to the 34th St exit. From there, you can either walk or take the subway to Union Square. If walking, head east on 34th St until you reach Union Square. If taking the subway, catch the L train at 34th St-Penn Station heading towards Brooklyn and get off at 14th St-Union Square.

    Bus

    Walk to the nearest bus stop at 300 W Front St, which is served by the NJ Transit bus route. Board the bus heading towards New York, and tell the driver you want to get off at Port Authority Bus Terminal. After a journey of approximately 1 hour, you'll reach Port Authority. From there, walk towards 8th Ave and catch the subway. Take the A, C, or E train downtown and get off at 14th St, where you can exit the station and walk to Union Square.
