Walking
If you are at the Red Bank Train Station, walk east on West Front Street toward Maple Avenue. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Broad Street. Turn right onto Broad Street and walk for about 0.2 miles. Then, turn left onto West Monmouth Street and continue walking until you reach the intersection with South Main Street. After this, turn right onto South Main Street and walk a short distance until you reach the Red Bank Shopping District. From here, you can explore the shops and restaurants while heading toward the waterfront. Continue along the waterfront promenade until you reach the end, where you will find the entrance to Riverside Gardens Park. This park provides a lovely view of the Navesink River.

From the Red Bank Train Station, head to the bus stop located directly in front of the station. Take the NJ Transit Bus 834 towards Long Branch. After about 10 minutes, get off at the stop at Maple Avenue and West Front Street. From there, walk east on West Front Street for about 0.3 miles, then turn right onto Broad Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with West Monmouth Street. Turn left on West Monmouth Street and walk until you reach South Main Street. Turn right onto South Main Street and follow it to the waterfront area where you can enjoy the beautiful views and visit Riverside Gardens Park.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the local bike rental shops in Red Bank. Start from the rental shop and head east on West Front Street. Continue cycling straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach Broad Street. Turn right onto Broad Street and then take another right onto West Monmouth Street. Follow West Monmouth Street until you reach South Main Street, turn right, and continue cycling along the waterfront area. Enjoy the scenic views as you ride along the promenade, and make your way to Riverside Gardens Park.
