Public Bus
From Trenton, head to the Trenton Transit Center located at 1 Railroad Avenue. Take NJ TRANSIT Bus 601 towards Philadelphia. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the stop on Ridge Avenue & Montgomery Avenue. From there, walk south on Montgomery Avenue for about 10 minutes until you reach Reservoir Drive. Fairmount Park will be on your left.
Train
From Trenton, go to the Trenton Transit Center at 1 Railroad Avenue. Board an NJ TRANSIT train on the North Jersey Coast Line or the Raritan Valley Line towards Philadelphia. After about 30 minutes, get off at the 69th Street Terminal station. From the terminal, take the SEPTA Bus 104 towards 69th Street. Get off at the stop at Reservoir Drive. Walk a short distance to reach Fairmount Park.
Bicycle
If you're comfortable biking, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local bike share programs in Trenton. Start at the Trenton City Hall and head north on East State Street. Continue until you reach Route 29, then follow the bike route along the river. Cross the bridge into Pennsylvania, and follow signs towards Fairmount Park. The bike ride should take about 40 minutes.
Walking
If you prefer to walk, you can start from Trenton City Hall located at 319 East State Street. Head northwest on East State Street towards North Broad Street. Turn right onto North Broad Street and walk towards the bridge that leads into Pennsylvania. Cross the bridge and continue onto Montgomery Avenue. Turn left onto Reservoir Drive, where Fairmount Park is located.
