Turn left onto NM-528 and walk for about 0.5 miles. You will reach the Bernalillo Rail Runner Station on your left. Take the Rail Runner train heading south toward Albuquerque. The train ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Disembark at the Albuquerque Alvarado Transportation Center. From there, exit the station and head southwest on 1st Street SW. Turn left onto Gold Avenue SW and walk for about 0.2 miles. The Occidental Life Building will be on your right at 301 Gold Ave SW.
