Walking
From the center of Bernalillo, head south on Camino Del Pueblo toward the intersection with NM-528. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with NM-528. Turn left onto NM-528 and walk for about 0.5 miles. You will reach the Bernalillo Rail Runner Station on your left. Take the Rail Runner train heading south toward Albuquerque. The train ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Disembark at the Albuquerque Alvarado Transportation Center. From there, exit the station and head southwest on 1st Street SW. Turn left onto Gold Avenue SW and walk for about 0.2 miles. The Occidental Life Building will be on your right at 301 Gold Ave SW.

If you prefer biking, rent a bike from a local rental shop in Bernalillo. Start at the rental location and head south on Camino Del Pueblo until you reach NM-528. Turn left on NM-528 and continue for about 0.5 miles toward the Bernalillo Rail Runner Station. Park your bike at the station and take the Rail Runner train heading south. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the Albuquerque Alvarado Transportation Center. From there, bike southwest on 1st Street SW, and then take a left onto Gold Avenue SW. The Occidental Life Building will be about 0.2 miles ahead on your right.

To reach the Occidental Life Building by bus, walk to the nearest bus stop in Bernalillo on Camino Del Pueblo. Look for the NM Rail Runner Express bus service that heads to Albuquerque. Board the bus and ride it for about 20 minutes until you reach the Albuquerque Alvarado Transportation Center. Once you arrive, exit the bus and walk southwest on 1st Street SW. Turn left onto Gold Avenue SW and continue for about 0.2 miles. The Occidental Life Building will be on your right at 301 Gold Ave SW.
