If you are driving, head towards Taos, NM. From the north or south, take NM-68 to Taos. Once in Taos, follow the signs for NM-64. Turn onto Kit Carson Rd (NM-64) and continue for about half a mile. The Kit Carson Home & Museum will be on your right at 113 Kit Carson Rd, Taos, NM 87571. Parking is available near the museum, and there is no fee for parking.
