From downtown Roswell, start at the intersection of Main St and 2nd St. Head east on 2nd St for about 1 mile until you reach N Sunset Ave. Turn left and continue for another mile until you reach E Pine Lodge Rd. Turn right onto E Pine Lodge Rd and bike straight for about 2 miles. The Bitter Lake National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center will be on your left at 4200 E Pine Lodge Rd.

Begin at the Roswell Transit Center located at 300 S Main St. Take Bus Route 1 towards East Roswell. Get off at the stop nearest to E Pine Lodge Rd. From there, walk east for approximately 1 mile along E Pine Lodge Rd. The Bitter Lake National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center will be on your right at 4200 E Pine Lodge Rd.

If you're starting from the Roswell Museum and Art Center at 100 W 11th St, walk east on 11th St for about 0.5 miles until you reach N Main St. Turn left onto N Main St and continue for another 0.5 miles, then turn right onto E Pine Lodge Rd. Walk straight for about 1.5 miles, and you will reach the Bitter Lake National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center at 4200 E Pine Lodge Rd, which will be on your left.
