Getting There

Walking
From the Taos Plaza, head northeast on Paseo del Pueblo Norte (NM-68) for about 0.6 miles until you reach the intersection with Veterans Highway. Turn left onto Veterans Highway and continue for approximately 0.5 miles. Taos Pueblo will be on your left at 120 Veterans Hwy. The walk should take about 20-25 minutes.

Public Bus
Take the Taos Public Transportation bus service (the Blue Line) from the Taos Plaza. Board the bus at the designated bus stop and ride towards the Taos Pueblo stop. The journey takes approximately 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive at the Taos Pueblo stop, walk a short distance to the entrance.

If you have access to a bicycle, you can ride from the Taos Plaza. Start by heading northeast on Paseo del Pueblo Norte (NM-68). After about 0.6 miles, turn left onto Veterans Highway. Continue for another 0.5 miles, and you will find Taos Pueblo on your left at 120 Veterans Hwy. This route is approximately 1.1 miles and takes about 10 minutes by bike.
