If you are starting from downtown Albany, head south on Broadway. Continue walking for approximately 1 mile. You will pass by several shops and restaurants along the way. Keep an eye out for the large Nipper statue as you approach the intersection of Broadway and 3rd Avenue. The statue is located at 991 Broadway, which will be on your left. It's hard to miss the giant dog, so enjoy the sights as you walk!
Public Transit
From Albany's downtown area, you can catch the CDTA Bus #22 or #23 from the Albany Bus Terminal. Board the bus heading towards the 'Loudonville' or 'Delmar' routes. Get off at the stop closest to the intersection of Broadway and 3rd Avenue. From there, it's a short 5-minute walk to the World's Largest Nipper Statue, located at 991 Broadway. Look for the big statue on your left as you approach!
