From Center Square, head west on Madison Avenue toward Lark Street. Continue straight for about 0.3 miles until you reach the intersection with Broadway. Turn right onto Broadway and walk north for a few blocks. You will see signs for the Discover Albany Visitors Center. After approximately 0.5 miles, turn left onto Quackenbush Square. The center will be on your right at 25 Quackenbush Square.

You can catch the CDTA bus from various stops in Center Square. Look for bus routes heading towards downtown Albany, such as the 10 or 12 routes, which will take you to stops near Quackenbush Square. Make sure to check the schedule for the exact bus times. A standard fare is $1.00, which can be paid in cash or with a MetroCard. Once you disembark, walk a short distance to Quackenbush Square, where the Discover Albany Visitors Center is located.
