Walking
From the center of Downtown Albany, start at the Albany City Hall located at 24 Eagle Street. Head south on Eagle Street toward State Street. Continue straight as Eagle Street becomes Pearl Street. After about 0.6 miles, you will reach a large intersection with Madison Avenue. Cross Madison Avenue and continue straight onto Catherine Street. The Schuyler Mansion State Historic Site will be located on your right at 32 Catherine St, Albany, NY 12202. The walk should take approximately 15-20 minutes.

You can take the CDTA bus from Downtown Albany to reach Schuyler Mansion. Board the Route 10 bus at the nearest bus stop on State Street, heading towards the South End. Stay on the bus for about 10 minutes and get off at the stop for Catherine Street. From there, walk about 5 minutes south on Catherine Street to reach Schuyler Mansion at 32 Catherine St, Albany, NY 12202. The bus fare is $1.50, and exact change is required.
