Public Transit
From downtown Buffalo, head to the nearest NFTA Metro Rail station, which is the 'Seneca' station. Board the Metro Rail heading towards the 'University' station. Travel for 5 stops, then get off at 'Erie Canal Harbor' station. From the station, walk towards the waterfront area. Continue walking along the waterfront until you reach the intersection with Fuhrmann Boulevard. Turn right onto Fuhrmann Boulevard and walk straight for about 0.5 miles. You will see the Buffalo Main Light on your left at 1 Fuhrmann Boulevard.
Bicycle
If you have a bicycle, start from the Buffalo waterfront area where you can find bike lanes. Head south along the waterfront path. Continue on the path until you reach Fuhrmann Boulevard. Turn right onto Fuhrmann Boulevard and cycle for about 0.5 miles. The Buffalo Main Light will be on your left at 1 Fuhrmann Boulevard.
Walking
If you are walking and starting from the Canalside area, head south towards the waterfront. Walk along the path that follows the water until you reach Fuhrmann Boulevard. Once you reach Fuhrmann Boulevard, turn right and walk for about 0.5 miles. The Buffalo Main Light will be on your left at 1 Fuhrmann Boulevard.
