From downtown Buffalo, head to the Buffalo Metro Rail station at Fountain Plaza. Take the Metro Rail towards the University station. Get off at the last stop, which is the University station. From there, transfer to bus route 40 (the 40 bus route goes to Niagara Falls). Board the bus and stay on it until you reach the stop at Niagara Stone Rd. Once you get off, it is about a 5-minute walk to Grape Escape Wine Tours, located at 1627 Niagara Stone Rd. Follow Niagara Stone Rd north until you reach the destination.
