Public Transit
From Buffalo, take the NFTA Metro Rail to the 'Theater District' station. Exit the train and walk to the bus terminal located at the corner of Main St and Exchange St. Board the 'Niagara Falls' bus (NFTA Route 40) towards Niagara Falls. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the Niagara Falls station. From there, transfer to a 'Niagara-on-the-Lake' bus (NFTA Route 50) and ride for about 20-25 minutes. Get off at the 'Niagara-on-the-Lake' stop. Walk towards Lakeshore Rd, and follow the signs to Konzelmann Estate Winery, which is about a 15-minute walk from the bus stop.

Bicycle
If you prefer a more active route, rent a bike from a local rental service in Buffalo. Start at Canalside, and head east on the Buffalo Riverwalk until you reach Michigan Ave. Follow Michigan Ave to the South Park Ave, then take Route 5 towards the Lake Erie shoreline. Continue on Route 5 until you reach the intersection with Lake Road. From there, follow Lake Road north until you reach Lakeshore Rd. Turn left onto Lakeshore Rd, and continue for about 3 miles until you arrive at Konzelmann Estate Winery.

Walking
For those staying near the waterfront in Buffalo, you can enjoy a scenic walk. Start at the Buffalo Waterfront Park and walk east along the shore. Continue until you reach the intersection with the Buffalo River, then follow the river north toward the Peace Bridge. Cross the bridge into Canada on foot. Once in Canada, follow the signs to the bus stop and take the Niagara-on-the-Lake bus. The winery is a short walk from the bus stop at Lakeshore Rd.
