Walking
From the Canalside area, head southeast towards the waterfront. You'll want to follow the path along the Erie Canal, which is well-marked and offers beautiful views along the way. Continue walking until you reach the intersection of Main Street and Fuhrmann Boulevard. At this point, turn left onto Fuhrmann Boulevard. Buffalo Lighthouse Park will be on your right after a short walk, located at 1 Fuhrmann Boulevard.
Public Transportation (Bus)
If you prefer not to walk, you can take the NFTA Metro Bus. From Canalside, walk to the nearest bus stop at the corner of Main Street and Exchange Street. Board the Route 25 bus towards the South Park Loop and ride for about 10 minutes. Get off at the stop for Fuhrmann Boulevard. From there, it’s a short walk to Buffalo Lighthouse Park, located at 1 Fuhrmann Boulevard. Make sure to check the bus schedule for operating hours, as there may be costs associated with the fare (typically around $2.00 for a one-way ticket).
