If you are traveling by car, start by getting onto NY-5 or NY-20, which are the main highways running through the Finger Lakes region. Depending on your starting point, you may need to navigate through smaller roads to reach these highways. From NY-5 or NY-20, take the exit for NY-14 N toward Geneva. Continue on NY-14 N until you reach the intersection with Kashong Rd. Turn left onto Kashong Rd. After approximately half a mile, you will see the entrance to Kashong Conservation Area on your right at 320 Kashong Rd, Geneva, NY 14456.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, your best option is to take a bus to Geneva. Check the schedules for FlixBus or Greyhound, which may have routes to Geneva from various locations in the Finger Lakes area. Once you arrive in Geneva, you can take a local taxi or rideshare service such as Uber or Lyft to get to Kashong Conservation Area. The taxi ride should take about 10-15 minutes and may cost approximately $10-$15. Alternatively, if you prefer walking and are up for it, it is about a 2-mile walk from the bus station to the conservation area.
