Getting There

• Train

  If you are starting from New York City, take the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) from Penn Station. Board a train heading towards the Montauk branch and get off at the Bay Shore station. This journey typically takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Once you arrive at Bay Shore station, exit the station and head southwest on 3rd Avenue towards West Montauk Highway (NY-27). Turn left onto West Montauk Highway and walk approximately 0.5 miles until you reach Sagtikos Manor at 677 W Montauk Hwy.

• Bus

  From various locations on Long Island, you can take the Suffolk County Transit bus routes to Bay Shore. For example, if you are coming from Patchogue, take the S40 bus towards Bay Shore. Get off at the Bay Shore train station. From there, continue as described above: exit the station, head southwest on 3rd Avenue, turn left onto West Montauk Highway, and walk approximately 0.5 miles to Sagtikos Manor.

• Bicycle

  If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in Bay Shore. From the Bay Shore train station, head southwest on 3rd Avenue and then turn left onto West Montauk Highway. The manor is approximately 0.5 miles down the road. Please ensure you follow all traffic rules and wear a helmet for safety.

• Walking

  If you're already in Bay Shore, you can walk to Sagtikos Manor. From the center of Bay Shore, head southwest on 3rd Avenue until you reach West Montauk Highway (NY-27). Turn left onto West Montauk Highway and continue walking for about 0.5 miles until you arrive at Sagtikos Manor located at 677 W Montauk Hwy.
