Walking
From the center of Hudson, head east on Warren Street until you reach Route 9G. Turn left onto Route 9G and continue walking north until you reach the intersection with NY-28. At this point, you can either continue on foot or catch a bus towards Mt. Tremper. If you choose to walk, continue along NY-28 for about 10 miles until you reach the Catskills Visitor Center at 5096 NY-28.
Bus
From Hudson, walk to the nearest bus stop on Warren Street. Look for the Trailways bus service that runs towards Kingston. Purchase a ticket to Mt. Tremper. The bus will take you along Route 28, and you should get off at the Catskills Visitor Center stop. The center will be just a short walk from where the bus drops you off.
