From Penn Station, you can take the subway. Board the C subway train at 34th St-Penn Station towards World Trade Center. Get off at 14th St. After exiting the subway, walk west towards the Hudson River until you reach the Hudson River Park at 61 Chelsea Piers, New York, NY 10011. This journey may take about 1.5 hours in total.
