From Hunter Mountain, head south on NY-23A for about 8 miles. Continue onto NY-32 S and follow for approximately 3 miles until you reach the intersection with NY-28. Turn right onto NY-28 W and continue for about 9 miles. Then, take a left onto NY-209 S. After about 3 miles, turn right onto Kingston Plaza. The Catskill Mountain Railroad is located at 55 Kingston Plaza, Kingston, NY 12401.

From Hunter Mountain, you can take a local bus service to the nearest transit hub, which is the Catskill Area Transit (CAT) bus system. Board the CAT bus heading to Kingston. The trip may take around 45 minutes to 1 hour. Once you arrive at the Kingston bus station, it’s a short walk (about 0.5 miles) to Kingston Plaza. Head southwest on Washington Avenue, then turn right onto Kingston Plaza where you will find Catskill Mountain Railroad at 55 Kingston Plaza, Kingston, NY 12401.
