If on route #30, get off at the stop near E Genesee St and S State St. Walk east along E Genesee St until you reach S Crouse Ave, then turn left and walk to Thornden Park Dr. If on route #7, get off at the Westcott stop and walk down to Thornden Park Dr, following the same route as above.
