Getting There

  • Walking

    If you're starting from the center of University Hill, head east on East Genesee Street. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with South Crouse Avenue. Turn left onto South Crouse Avenue and walk for another 0.2 miles until you see the entrance to Thornden Park on your right. The amphitheater is located within the park, just follow the path leading into the park, and you will find the amphitheater a short distance in.

    From University Hill, you can catch the Centro bus at the nearest bus stop on East Genesee Street. Take the Route 10 bus towards the Westcott area. The fare is $2.00, and you can pay in cash or use a bus pass. Ride for about 10 minutes, getting off at the Thornden Park stop. From the bus stop, walk a short distance to the park entrance. The amphitheater is located within the park, so follow the signs once you enter.
