    From Watkins Glen, head north on NY-14 S for approximately 9 miles. Continue straight onto NY-414 N, following the signs for Hector. The Seneca Lake Scenic Byway will be on your left, approximately 3 miles from that turn, near Hector, NY 14818. There is no parking fee, and you can enjoy the scenic views along the route.
