    From White Plains Metro-North station, take the Hudson Line train towards Grand Central Terminal. The train ride takes approximately 33 minutes. Once you arrive at Grand Central Station, follow the signs to the S subway line (the yellow line). Take the S train towards Times Square-42 St. Get off at the next stop, which is Times Square-42 St. From there, transfer to the 1 subway line (the red line) at the 42 St-Times Square station. Take the 1 train downtown towards South Ferry. Ride for 10 stops, and get off at the Chambers St station. Exit the station and walk towards Greenwich St. The 9/11 Memorial & Museum is located at 180 Greenwich St, just a short walk away.

    From White Plains, head to the White Plains Bus Terminal. Take the Bee-Line Bus Route 12 towards New York City. The bus ride takes about 50 minutes. Once you arrive at the Port Authority Bus Terminal, exit the terminal and walk to the 42 St subway station. From there, take the 1 subway line downtown towards South Ferry. Ride for 3 stops and get off at the Chambers St station. Exit the station and walk to Greenwich St. The 9/11 Memorial & Museum is located at 180 Greenwich St, just a short walk away.
