Getting There

PATH TRAIN
From Jersey City, head to the Exchange Place PATH station. You can take the elevator or stairs down to the platform. Board a train heading towards World Trade Center. The ride will take about 10 minutes. Once you arrive at the World Trade Center station, follow the signs to exit. You will emerge near the Oculus and the 9/11 Memorial. From here, walk south towards Battery Park City, which is roughly a 15-20 minute walk. You will pass through the Financial District and can enjoy views of the Hudson River as you walk.

FERRY
You can also take the NY Waterway ferry from Jersey City. Head to the Paulus Hook Ferry Terminal, which you can reach by walking or taking a local bus to the terminal. Purchase a ticket at the terminal and board the ferry heading towards Battery Park City. The ferry ride will take approximately 10 minutes. Once you arrive at the Battery Park City ferry terminal, you will be right near the waterfront. Follow the path towards Battery Park, and enjoy the parks and views around you.

BUS
Take the NJ Transit bus from Jersey City to New York City. You can catch the bus at the Journal Square Transportation Center. Board the bus heading to New York City (make sure to check the route number that stops at the Port Authority Bus Terminal). The journey will take about 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive at the Port Authority, exit the terminal and head towards 8th Avenue. From there, you can catch the subway (A or C line) to Chambers Street and transfer to the 2 line towards Brooklyn. Get off at the Battery Park City stop. This will take you close to your destination.
