From White Plains, walk to the White Plains Metro-North Station. Take the Harlem Line train towards Grand Central Terminal. Get off at Grand Central Terminal, which takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Grand Central, follow the signs to the 42nd Street subway station. Take the 4 or 5 subway line towards Bowling Green. The Bowling Green station is your destination, and it is just a short walk from the station entrance to Bowling Green Park.

From downtown White Plains, head to the nearest bus stop for the Bee-Line Bus service. You can take the BxM4C express bus towards Manhattan. The bus will take you directly to Manhattan, and you should get off at the stop nearest to Bowling Green. From there, it’s a short walk to the park.

If you are near the Financial District, head towards State Street and walk south until you reach the intersection with Battery Park.
