Train
From White Plains, head to the White Plains Train Station located at 1 Railroad Ave, White Plains, NY 10601. You can walk there from most downtown hotels or take a quick bus ride. Once at the station, purchase a ticket for the Metro-North Railroad to Grand Central Terminal in New York City. The train will take approximately 35-40 minutes. Upon arrival at Grand Central, follow the signs to the 42nd Street exit and then make your way to the subway station.

After exiting Grand Central Terminal, follow the signs to the 42nd Street subway station. Take the 7 subway train from Grand Central to Hudson Yards (1 stop). From there, transfer to the A, C, or E trains and travel downtown to the World Trade Center station. Exit the subway and follow the signs to One World Trade Center, which is located at 285 Fulton St.

Alternatively, you can take a bus from White Plains to New York City. Head to the nearest bus stop that services the BxM4C express bus line. The bus will take you directly to the Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan. Once you arrive at the terminal, you can take the A or C subway trains from the 42nd Street station downtown to the World Trade Center station. Exit the subway and follow the signs to One World Trade Center at 285 Fulton St.
