From White Plains, head to the White Plains Metro-North train station located at 1 Railroad Avenue. Take a Metro-North train on the Harlem Line heading towards Grand Central Terminal. After approximately 30 minutes, disembark at the 125th Street station in Harlem. Once you exit the station, walk east on 125th Street until you reach 2nd Avenue. Turn right and walk south until you reach the 116th Street subway station (Q line). Take the Q train towards Brooklyn and get off at the Astoria Boulevard station. From there, you can take a short walk to view the Hell Gate Bridge located at the end of the street.
