    From Yonkers Station, take the Metro-North Railroad's Hudson Line heading towards Grand Central Terminal. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Grand Central Terminal, exit the station and follow the signs to the subway. Take the S (Shuttle) train to Times Square-42nd Street. Once you arrive at Times Square-42nd Street, transfer to the 1, 2, or 3 subway lines and take it one stop to 42nd Street-Times Square. Exit the station and walk west on 42nd Street for about 3 blocks until you reach 222 W 45th St, where the Booth Theatre is located.

    From the Yonkers Transit Hub, take the Bee-Line Bus System route 1 heading towards the Bronx. After about 20 minutes, get off at the stop on W 42nd St at 8th Ave. Walk east on W 42nd St for about 3 blocks until you reach 222 W 45th St, where the Booth Theatre is located.
