Once you arrive at Grand Central Terminal, exit the station and follow the signs to the subway. Take the S (Shuttle) train to Times Square-42nd Street. Once you arrive at Times Square-42nd Street, transfer to the 1, 2, or 3 subway lines and take it one stop to 42nd Street-Times Square. Exit the station and walk west on 42nd Street for about 3 blocks until you reach 222 W 45th St, where the Booth Theatre is located.
