Stay on I-678 N for about 10 miles, then use the right 2 lanes to merge onto I-495 E toward Queens/Midtown Tunnel. After exiting the tunnel, continue straight onto 37th St. Turn left onto 10th Ave and then right onto W 46th St. The destination will be on your right at 226 W 46th St.
