From Yonkers, walk to the nearest bus stop on South Broadway. Take the Bee-Line Bus #1 towards White Plains. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the stop at the 242nd Street subway station. Transfer to the B subway line towards Brighton Beach. After about 1 hour, get off at the Eastern Parkway/Brooklyn Museum station. The Brooklyn Museum will be directly in front of you.

Walk to the Yonkers Metro-North station. Take the Hudson Line train heading towards Grand Central Terminal. After about 25 minutes, get off at Grand Central Station. From Grand Central, transfer to the 4 or 5 subway line towards Brooklyn. Ride for approximately 30 minutes and get off at the Franklin Avenue station. From there, walk about 10 minutes to reach the Brooklyn Museum at 200 Eastern Parkway.
