Subway
From Yonkers, head to the Yonkers Metro-North train station. Take the Hudson Line train towards Grand Central Terminal. Get off at the 125th Street station in Manhattan. Once you exit the station, transfer to the subway by taking the 1 train (red line) downtown towards South Ferry. Ride the train for 8 stops and get off at the Canal Street station. Exit the subway and walk east for about 5 minutes to reach Chinatown.

From Yonkers, find the nearest bus stop for the Bee-Line Bus System. Take the BxM4C express bus towards Manhattan. Ride the bus for approximately 35-40 minutes until you reach the stop at 42nd Street and 6th Avenue. From there, walk 4 blocks south to 38th Street and take the B/D/F/M trains at the 34th Street–Herald Square station. Board the D train downtown towards Coney Island. Get off at the West 4th Street station, and transfer to the A or C train to Canal Street. Exit the station and walk east for about 5 minutes to arrive in Chinatown.
